5Ben was a great and reasonable host, who was very communicative and responsive throughout my trip. The RV sustained some damage during the trip, and Ben was productive to work with through repairs, as well. I would recommend Ben's RV to anyone looking to explore the country via motorhome.

5The RV matched exactly what was described in the listing! The only negative is that the cabinet doors open while driving. The dishes rattled in the cabinets which can be very loud. Overall, the RV was great for our family trip. Thank you!

5Don't hesitate, just book it! From our first inquiry through the very last minute of our trip, Ben was responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. His RV was EVERYTHING we expected AND MORE. The RV was clean, meticulously maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed and things we didn't even know we needed. He thoroughly explained how everything worked when we picked up the RV and even had a binder with reminders throughout in case we had forgotten. Ben was the epitome of a great host and his RV was just right for our family of 4+dog!

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
I'll go over all the different parts of operating the RV when we meet for the pickup of the RV. There's also a binder with infographics that I created with pictures from the RV to show you what to do.

What should I do when I return the RV
A.
All you need to do is ensure that you have removed all of your personal items. Please don't remove the bedding, towels, mats, silverware, cookware or plates. Just pile up any of the used linens and towels in a convenient location and I'll wash them before the next rental. I've had many well intentioned people try to be helpful by bringing things into their house to clean them when they return . Then they get forgotten when they come to return the RV.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
The dates that you booked are important and I want to ensure that you can get the RV promptly for your adventure. Pickup and drop off times are set when you complete the booking. Pickup is 3pm, and drop off is 11am. This allows me to have adequate time to clean and prep the vehicle before it goes out on it's next adventure. The times can be flexible, however it's not guaranteed. Adjustments can be made for an additional fee of $50 per hour, earlier or later.
