■ Has a queen bed in the front with bunks in the back. Dining table also converts to a bed.
■ Fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, 2 burner stove, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, pots, pans, cups, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils. ■ Full bathroom including tub with shower
■ TV with play station 3, bluetooth.
■ Power slide out and power awning
■ Requires a 2-5/16" ball.
■ Hitch can be supplied at no extra cost.
■ 7 pin round tow plug required.
■ Delivery with set up and tear down and returned is available for a $175.00 fee up to 20 miles from rental site. $4.00 per mile beyond 20 miles. Dumping of black and grey tanks included in fee.
■ Both grey and black tanks are to be dumped or there will be a $75.00 clean out fee.
■ RV must be cleaned out and in the same condition as when picked up or there will be a $100.00 cleaning fee.
■ Renter will supply all bedding, pillows, towels, dish towels, personal items, all paper goods including toilet paper and paper towels.
■ Generator Rental Champion 4000 electric and pull start. $30.00 per day■■■ Please Arrive ON Time Please adhere to scheduled pickup and return times. Please allow plenty of driving time. Hi, I have been camping most of my life. I love camping with my kids and grandkids. We all get together a couple times every year. Everybody has a good time and I thought I would share my camper a little bit so others could have a great experience and possibly get into camping themselves.

Donald Smith was an excellent host he explained everything we needed to know. We considered buying a camper after our trip so we canceled our next trip for May. Outdoorsy refunded us $27. Wow because of that reason and the money we lost from our down payment I would never recommend outdoorsy to anybody very disappointed
