Our 2018 Grey Wolf 23DBH (Double Bunk House) travel trailer aka "Mimzy the Memory Creator", has everything you need to be comfortable on your trip. With a slide out dinette, there is plenty of room to socialize in comfort.Mimzy is equipped with both central heat and AC for your comfort. The Fridge/Freezer runs on both Propane or Electric which is great for boon-docking.Imagine filling your fridge with all the necessary food, and when you get to your destination, you are set to go. No ice chests and no melting ice to worry about.Mimzy's Birth Certificate states that she sleeps 6, however with a Queen size master bed (2 people), double-on-top-of-double bunk bed (2 people x 2 beds), and a fold down dinette table/bed (1-2 people depending on age & weight), Mimzy easily sleeps 7.Don't worry about utilizing a bug infested campground bathrooms or showers, when Mimzy offers a nice clean shower and foot flush toilet. She has a 38 Gal each Black and Grey water tanks, you will be comfortable for days. Mimzy even has an "Outdoor Shower" great for washing off feet or even showering, if you dare.All the comforts of home, will be provided. Linen (Sheets/comforters/towels/wash clothes) plates/glasses, TP, silverware, pots & pans, paper products, outdoor electric 2 burner stove & 2 burner propane grill, outdoor folding table, toaster and coffee pot are all provided. We recently added an AIR Fryer!! Even games and pads of paper for score keeping. Just bring your bags, pillows & personal hygiene items, food and "create a Memory". Don't forget blankets for those cool nights. We invite all renters to add a journal entry to our bound book of memories.Mimzy will be clean when you pick her up, and we expect her to be fairly clean when she is returned. Any excessive trash or dirt left behind, may be assessed a cleaning fee, from the deposit.Mimzy is equipped with a dual 20lb propane tank system that automatically changes tanks, when necessary. With proper monitoring, this will eliminate the potential of running out of Propane. An illuminated power jack, makes it easy to hitch and un-hitch in low light.An Anti-sway bar (provided) will be required to use, to minimize the likelihood of Mimzy getting hurt on the highways.****For the protection of the RV's electrical system, if a Generator is needed, renters Must rent ours. Renter provided Generators are not allowed.****No smoking, No pets, No Canada, No Mexico and No Burning Man!!**Just a note on the Security Deposit - The $1500 is the required deductible for the Insurance policy. Renters must select either "Essential" or "Peace of Mind" insurance protection. There will be a "hold" placed on your Method of Payment, for the security deposit a few days prior to rental start date.
