This is the highly sought after 2021 Rockwood Minilite that can be towed by most half ton vehicles. Big inside with the murphybed queen set up, yet small enough to go almost anywhere your adventure takes you. It is fully loaded with all the luxuries and with the enhanced AC system, the hottest days are enjoyable inside.The bunk beds are double sized for the kids or even edults. A central vacuum was installed to maintain the inside areas with ease.Inside has many storage areas for all your things, but it is the outside storage that beats the competition.Camper comes equipped with all the things you need for your trip. bring your clothes and food and start your adventure. Linens are always fresh and ready for you. Towels etc. everything you need.We include the Weight distribution hitch and sway bars for a comfortable journey to and from your destination.No matter if you are new to RVing or a seasoned pro, we will walk you through everything and provide an easy-to-follow guidebook for your reference complete with checklists to help you not forget anything.We also offer stress free return options such as tank dumping, propane refilling, and others. Safety is important.You are responsible for the amount of propane you use. We have two 30lb tanks for your adventure, but you need to return them with the amount of fuel they left with. But don't worry, we do have a refill as a return option as well, so you don't have to worry about it at all.We provide towels and cloths for showering. Do not use for beach, pool, or cleaning.

Please treat out motorcoach as if it was your own. This is our baby and while we want to share it with you, we do ask that you take care of it and not abuse it. Renters are responsible for all tickets, fines, and tolls they collect while renting.
If things do happen to break or end up missing, we will deduct the cost from the security deposit. Please don't attempt to do any repair on your own. if you have issues, call us and we will assist however we can.
We go to great lengths to provide an impressively clean and organized coach for your enjoyment. Please keep things clean and return to us the way you found it, but broom clean. Don't worry, we will go through it and do a deep cleaning after your rental so it is ready for the next trip.

We are a family of 6 with 2 children already grown and on their own adventures. Our twins are still growing up and we love to fill their free time with adventures. We plan to explore the entire US with them to see as much new and exciting things as possible. And once they too are grown, mama and I will continue our journeys together for years to come.
Living in Texas we love to do weekend trips to state parks for hiking, fishing, kayaking, exploring, and history lessons. Every trip a learning and enjoyable experience.
Some of our favorite trips have been to the smokies. We have a fondness of the Great Smokey Mountains and venture there as often as possible. Texas also has a place in our hearts, and if we could recmmend a texas destination to anyone it would be Big Bend (both the national and State parks) And the Frio and Guadalupe rivers where I grew up and began my camping adventures as a young kid.
We remember when we started camping as a family, we rented for several years experimenting with trailers and coaches and that helped us choose our RVs. We wanted to extend that opportunity to others so they too can build wonderful memories with their children.
