My beloved Wander & Wonder van was beautifully converted by VanLanders out of Long Beach, CA. It's the second campervan I've bought from them.She's perfect to take on the road for anything from a weekend camping trip to a longer road trip of adventure! The two front seats have seatbelts (max 2 passengers) and the passenger seat swivels around for additional seating when hanging out in the van. There's also a small cushioned seat next to the bed, and you can remove the cushion to use it as a table.For sleeping, there's a super comfy, high end memory foam mattress on a bed sized between double and queen (RV queen). Small kitchen conversion with custom farmhouse sink & bronze faucet, 1.6 cubic foot fridge, butane 1-burner stove, coffee maker, pull out prep space & more.The front of the van has A/C & heat like a normal car, and there's also a portable A/C available for the back of the van while sleeping, a countertop fan, overhead roof skylight vent with fan, and a space heater - all to ensure your comfort no matter the time of year you're camping.Additional amenities I provide include a large gazebo that's fully screened to pop up next to the van for outdoor hanging out and enjoyment space (without bugs!), a hammock, two chairs, and a small side table. I also have a brand new queen air mattress that can be made available if you want to sleep in the tent.Portable 2.5 Gallon cassette toilet and outdoor shower for your use, although most people use the bathroom facilities at RV parks, campgrounds or state parks. But it's all there for boondocking if you want it!Solar panels add to the dry camping experience - if you don't have hookups, you'll still have lights and power for charging for several days. This van is highly insulated and the installed electrical system is top notch, including:

• If you are planning to take the van to a festival, event, tailgating, etc I do allow it, but please tell me about it first - what it is, where it is, etc. I reserve the right of approval for any festival/event bookings.
• 1 small pet allowed. The biggest issue with pets is the shedding. Please don't allow pets on the bed. I don't charge a fee, but if there is hair or excessive cleaning required additional cleaning fees will apply.
