Not very impressed with Mark. He left a message on the site saying "I didn't rent it on the 24th." on the 21st. But he didn't cancel the booking. I tried to message him back and call him with no response. I spent a lot of time on the phone with customer support, and they wouldn't refund my money until they got ahold of Mark. Which they didn't. So I made other plans for my weekend. On the 27th, I called customer support again and told them I didn't pick up the trailer and I need my money back, after about 2 hours they said they could refund me. There was no attempt made to keep my business after a horrible experience other then sorry. I would not recommend renting from Mark.
