24 FT. Winnebago ERA 170X, Mercedes Sprinter chassis with turbo diesel (16-19 mpg.), sleeps 2 (70" x 77" memory foam), awesome toilet/shower, 2 burner stove (easy light), microwave, refrigerator and freezer, 2 sinks, Premium entertainment/sound systems (6 speakers)-CD/Serius radio, clean bedding/linens, cookware, dishes, utensils, outside shower, coffee maker, camp chairs, sand mat & table, 13' awning, AC & heating systems (on thermostat) in both house and chassis, backup camera etc. The vehicle is well stocked and if you need something in particular, I'll try to accommodate. Pets are optional and need approval (if approved, an additional $200 refundable deposit and $25/day) (we love taking our 2 dogs and they absolutely love going).
This Camper Van is so fun to drive and stable (dual tires in rear). At 6'4" wide, it's no problem driving in the City. On the paved road, it's a dream to drive and on improved dirt roads, it will get you to most trailheads. During the day, the views from this van are amazing (tinted glass makes for great privacy) and at night, you can totally enclose your living space. It makes for one amazing camping vehicle. So conducive to having fun.
Winter Usage is potentially available with limitations. If the forecast predicts temperatures lower than 30 degrees, the water system cannot be used (no sink, shower or toilet), and would have a 10% discount on nightly charge. Also, dependant on no major snow storms in area you would plan on traveling. Biking & hiking St. George, Moab etc. is great during the winter.
Boondocking (being out in the wilds and not needing to be connected to power, water or sewer) is where this rig shines. There is an underhood generator, so when you run the vehicle it is charging the batteries. So fun to be out there, disconnected, and not worry about all the amenities.
2 adults & soft luggage only.
There is a $180 cleaning deposit. We clean, dump and restock the Van, on return, so you don't have to (taken out of deposit).

My wife recently retired. For years now we have been shopping CamperVans figuring this would fit our family and lifestyle perfectly. I am a Realtor and have a few rental properties. The more we thought about getting a CamperVan, the more I thought about the opportunity to turn the investment into a rental on wheels. We're excited that there is a site like Outdoorsey to help facilitate the marketing of and insurances for renting our Van. Can't wait to get started!
