Our 30 ft camper is ready to go! It has one slide in the living area making it an ideal space for larger groups. The Roku TV has an antennae and is wifi capable. We even have a connector for your phone so the kids can chill out and watch Disney Plus while you lounge by the fire. The awning is electric and features LED lighting so no worrying about putting it in and out. You just push a button. This camper is so convenient you will want to stay longer in the woods.It weighs around 6,000 lbs so we tow with a large SUV. It has a stabilizing hitch and anti-sway bar included. We also offer delivery with 50 miles for an extra charge.We have a queen bed, 4 twin bunks, a dinette and couch that turn into beds. Our camper is clean and tidy with most needs met in a stove, oven, large refrigerator, and tons of storage.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Smoking Policy: Absolutely no smoking allowed.
Cosa è inclusoFresh linens for the beds are included but we ask that you bring your own bath towels and wash cloths. We will disinfect all surfaces and spray pillows after each use. There will be camp chairs included and a starter bundle of kiln dried wood. Pots, pans, a set of plates and bowls, coffee maker, and 6 coffee mugs are always in the camper. 3.) Please remember that this camper belongs to our children as much as it belongs to us. We ask that you take care of it like you would want someone to take care of your things or your childrens'.
4.) Please clean the camper before returning it removing all of your trash and unused food, beverages, wrappers and personal belongings. A cleaning fee will be assessed if this is not done.

No pets. There will be a fee of $200 if evidence of a pet is found in the camper plus any damages which may need repair.
No smoking. There will be a fee of $300 if evidence of smoke in the camper.
No climbing on the roof or outside of the camper at all. Renter is responsible for any damage which may occur.
Keep the screen door closed if the locking door is open to prevent pests from entering.
Please clean out the Black Water tank first and then clean out the Grey Water tank. If we must do it, there will be a fee assessed of $100 because we will have to drive it to a cleanout station.
