4.0Mo stepped in when another host had to cancel a few days before our trip (Outdoorsy were brilliant at helping us find an alternative). We were happy with the RV; it provided almost everything that we needed and was easier to drive than I thought it would be (first time RV driver). Mo was very good at answering any questions we had, before and during the trip. He was delayed by about an hour for both pick up and drop off (the meeting place is a car park rather than a private residence), which caused minor inconvenience.

Sure enough, part way into our trip, our heater stopped working so he drove all the way out to meet us, fixed the heater, and brought us electric space heaters in case it happened again. He also took the time to show us how everything worked when we picked it up, gave us a lot of tips to help us plan our route, and was very accommodating on pickup/drop off timing. Things are never perfect on RVs, so it is nice to have a host you can count on.
