Fernando consistently receives praise for his excellent and fast communication, flexibility with pick-up/drop-off, and accommodating schedules. He is helpful with tips, resolves issues promptly, and has shown understanding and generosity (e.g., partial refund, empathy for damaged gear).
Capable off-road, noisy at speed
Highly capable for off-road and challenging terrains, the 4Runner is great for adventures. However, many reported loud wind noise from the RTT/rack at speeds over 30mph, impacting freeway comfort. Issues like tent delamination, wet mattress, and other camping equipment malfunctions were also noted.

5.0Fernando was fantastic to deal with! He has great communication, and was accommodating of my schedule. The camping kit he offers as an option with the truck had everything I needed, and several things I didn't realize that I needed! The 4Runner is very capable, and will get you where you need to go.

5.0Fernando was very communicative and helpful. 4Runner was a great drive out in the desert and we had a blast! This was the perfect vehicle to go see Ash Meadows and Death Valley in.
