Enjoy the outdoors with modern amenities in our cozy and convenient Catalina!Our rig has everything you need to make your dream outdoor getaway around Las Vegas reality. Sleeping accommodations include one double, one full, and one queen to fit a group of six. The bed mattress has been replaced with a super comfortable custom support mattress! The heater is amazing and the AC runs cold, while the full bathroom provides HOT showers. The fully stocked kitchen has a double sink, a gas oven, microwave and stove top range and has fun extras like pizza pan/cutter and s’mores roasting sticks. For entertainment the bedroom has a flat screen tv, DVD player with inverter to play games, or hook your fire stick up to stream all your own favorites. Additional camping tent, hammock, outdoor air lounger sofa, folding table, binoculars available for fun along with an outdoor rug, camp chairs and even a new pop-up awning available. There are 2 variable speed electric fans in the bathroom and in cabin ceilings to create refreshing airflow for sleeping. The rig has been partially renovated and tended with a lot of TLC and runs strong up mountains with a Ford V10 engine.Cosa è inclusoOur motorhome is fully stocked with towels, sheets, blankets, & pillows for all 3 beds (queen over cab, double dinette, full in back). This coach includes a TV, DVD player, inverter, generator, radio, air conditioner*, & propane heater. The kitchen includes a double sink, stove, oven, microwave*, refrigerator, pots, pans, strainer, cookie sheet, cutting boards, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, pitcher, cutlery, utensils, measuring cups/spoons, lighters, tupperware, dish brush, oven mitts, plus small cast iron frying pans for camp fire, meat thermometer, grater, peeler, can opener, matches, salt & pepper shakers, hand towels, trash bags, outdoor trash can, flash lights, & broom. *AC & microwave only work when the generator is running OR the motorhome is plugged in at campsite. We have camp chairs, a large outdoor rug, & everything you’ll need to level & dump - 37/30/30 gallon fresh, grey, black.
