Exceptional, communicative, supportive staff
The Blacksford team (Jasmina, Cindee, Jeff, Chris) provides exceptional service, proactive communication, and thorough orientations. They offer seamless pick-up/drop-off, are easily reachable, and often go above and beyond with personalized assistance like hotel transfers.
Easy to drive, new condition
The Winnebago Solis PX Pop-Top is consistently new, immaculate, and in perfect condition. It's easy to drive, maneuver, and park, ideal for exploring national parks. It offers comfort, is well-outfitted, and includes features like a pop-up bed and furnace, making setup quick.

5.0From start to finish, renting with Blacksford was wonderful. Reserving a van was simple. They were in contact with us prior to the start of our trip to make sure everything was ready for us. Our van was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Having someone available in case of any issues (which there weren't any) gave us peace of mind. We will definitely be renting from them again.

5.0Great experience with Blacksford Team. Jasmina was super - super - helpful throughout the entire rental; exceptional service. It was packed with some of the essentials too. The only thing I would add or change is having a feature to add mobile wifi with a signal booster. We had on our first trip with another company and it was very helpful as I do mix work with fun on our families extended trips. The booster helps when you're really off the map. And while nice I'd make some of the essentials ala carte. Then again, in hindsight, I would know to ask to remove certain items. (i.e. pots that we didn't use but took up much needed storage space.). I make these notes because I hope to see them when I rent an RV again in the future from Blacksford. Look no further folks; this is the best place to rent an RV! Thanks Jasmina and team. Hope to see you again soon.
