Everything was as expected. Michael and Lisa were great hosts. They responded promptly to all of our questions, before, during, and after our rental. "Eileen" was great, handling the ups and downs (and some high winds) of Utah's Mighty 5, with ease. It was nice that towels, sheets, kitchenwares, and a few basics (like salt and pepper, trash bags, etc), were provided. The whole rental process was simple and straight forward from start to finish.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Incredible Experience – Michael & Lisa Saved the Day! We cannot thank Michael and Lisa enough for coming through for us in such a big way. After a previous RV rental fell through last minute, we were scrambling—and then we found their RV, and everything turned around. From the very first message, Michael and Lisa were incredibly responsive, helpful, and informative. They answered every question we had—quickly and clearly—and made us feel 100% confident moving forward with the rental. Their communication and professionalism stood out right away. The RV was more than we expected. Clean, spacious, comfortable, and fully stocked—it truly felt like a home on wheels. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and it was clear they really cared about our experience. Whether we were parked at a campsite or driving through scenic routes, the RV handled it all perfectly. This wasn’t just a rental—it was a rescue mission, and Michael and Lisa were the heroes. If you’re even thinking about renting an RV, do yourself a favor and go with them. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you again—you made our trip unforgettable!

Lisa and Sandie were both super friendly and super responsive when we had questions about the RV! They said to call anytime we needed, and we took them up on that haha. My dad and I had a really fun time together in the few days that we rented this RV. This vehicle very much reminded me of my work van, meaning it was very easy to drive, but it was extremely loud. So much road noise and things rattling, especially on rougher roads. I thought we'd be able to listen to audiobooks, and that was not really possible. We also planned a *ton* of driving for this trip and if I could do it again, I probably wouldn't have planned it that way. We did 5 nights and hit up Death Valley, Joshua Tree, and Willow Beach (highly recommend Willow Beach! Beautiful campsite, very clean, and a great view of the Colorado River where you can go kayaking). In my opinion, if you can plan a trip where you can be plugged in the whole time, that's really ideal for this camper van. Our two nights at Joshua Tree were "off the grid" and a little tougher to figure out what the dos and don'ts were for the van. For example, the outlets don't work when you're not plugged in, so you can't charge your phone. We really appreciated the large fridge size (and that it ran on solar power!), and the fact that it had two separate and private sleeping areas. Beds were super comfortable, and they provided plenty of towels. Overall we had a great time, and I appreciate these folks for being awesome hosts, renting out their clean and reliable RV!
