- The Renter must be at least 25 years old, have a clean driving record, and a valid drivers license.
- The RV will be provided to the Renter with a full gas tank. Please return full, unless the Renter selected the upfront add on. If returned not full, $60 plus the cost of gas will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Unless the Renter selected an add on package for late drop off, drop off is at 11am. - If dropped off late, a $100 charge per hour late will be removed from the deposit.
-Pick up is at 3pm.
- Please follow the instructions for the return condition of the RV. If RV is returned in disorder or with broken or missing items, the deposit will be used to replace or repair items.
- The Renter is responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows, and impounds. The Renter is also responsible for any campsite fees.
- Tire damage is the responsibility of the Renter, if the Renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation.
- If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, the Renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. THE Renter Shall NOT Attempt TO Make Repairs.
- Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the Owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided.
- The Renter is responsible for responding to dash warning lights for items such as low engine oil level, tire pressure and coolant levels. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage will be the Renter’s responsibility.
- Owner will provide information on operation of coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of coach systems, features and appliances.
- It is Renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and Renter will be liable for cost to repair.
- Please explore and unplug, but no off-roading or forest service roads.
- Leave all your extra baggage behind, so no towing please.

5.0This RV met all our needs. Our hosts were great to communicate with and quickly solved any minor issues we had. It took us a while to acclimate to the small space but then it became home away from home. Driving it was easy and we fit in most parking spaces easily.

5.0The van drove perfectly for a nearly 2k mile national park circuit through Valley of Fire, Capitol Reef, Arches/Moab/Canyonlands, Lake Powell/Page, and The Grand Canyon during mid November! while I encountered nearly perfect weather, I did end with rain and a little bit of snow for the last couple of days. The communication with the owners was superb throughout the entire experience.. I am new to the campervan experience, and I could not have asked for a better long-term rental experience!
