2023 Keystone Hideout 176bh travel trailer. Brand new and very well taken care of. It's a spacious 17.6 foot bunkhouse floorplan with a queen sized bed, slide out dinette/bed, Bunk beds, fridge/freezer, 2 stove top burners, kitchen sink, 3 piece bathroom, shower/sink/toilet, 21 gallon fresh tank, 30 gallon grey and black (water/shampoo/soap/and human excrements only) furnace and air conditioner, solar for battery charging, blue tooth speaker, power awning, led lights exterior, great interior lights, good windows with night shades. Will deliver trailer for up to 15 miles for an additional fee
Trailer requires a 2 5/16” ball Cosa è inclusocomes with fresh linens, towels, 25FT drinking water hose, 30 amp surge protector, water pressure regulator, leveling pads, water hose splitter, sewer hose ramp, and 20FT sewer hosePlastic forks, knifes, spoons, cups, paper plates, septic safe toilet paper, cleaning wipesRaccomandazioniRecommended safe speed 65MPH while towingAltre cose di cui prendere notaRules:
- Renters must be 25 years or older with a clean driving record and valid driver's license
- An insurance binder must cover all days of the rental
- $500 deposit, refundable upon return of the trailer with no damage
- DO NOT throw garbage in toilet
- please ONLY USE septic safe toilet paper (septic safe toilet paper provided)
- No smoking or drug use inside the trailer - drug use will forfeit the deposit
- No Pets/ service animals of any kind- evidence of animals in trailer will forfeit the deposit
- No FESTIVALS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. (NO Burning Man will forfeit deposit)(festival fee will be in place if approved)
- No more than four (5) adults or two (2) adults and four (4) children overnight
- Vehicle "Must" be rated to tow 5000 lbs. and have a 7-pin electrical socket - Brake controller is also required
- NO OFF-ROADING
- NO awning use during increment weather (will damage the system) damaged awning will forfeit the security deposit
- please return camper with all water and sewer tanks empty
