Burning Man important info:Yes we do rent. BUT:1) Price for the week is $15 000 + fees. RV must be pick up August 24 (we are also going to Burning Man). No additional charge because of early pickup.2) We ask a security deposit in cash the same day of pickup or via wire transfert of $10 000. The reason why, Outdoorsy insurance don't cover any damage that can happen at burning man.New Thor Hurricane Luxury Class A 2022, very confortable, our RV is super easy to handle. You do not have to be a pro at driving one. You don't need a special driver's license to drive a Class A vehicle.Perfect for 4 adultes and 2 kids. This Beautiful Luxury Motor home features:- King size bed in the Master bedroom that you don't find in most RV’s
- Queen size overhead bunk bed
- Dinette convertible in a bed for kids.In the kitchen there is a three burner range and oven and an overhead microwave , a single kitchen sink. The Hurricane have Automatic hydraulic leveling jacks. Back up and side cameras. In dash navigation..Full stocked-- We provide:

Due to Daniel damaging the RV, we where not able to rent it out till December 1 as we where waiting for parts. Cancelation was not something we do, but the RV was not usable due to all inside damage that was done by previous renter.

So this guy Bruce, does a 2 hour walk through under 100 degrees with no AC on in Las Vegas and despite us already having the rights to the vehicle, because we paid and signed our contract vía Outdoorsy, he tells me that I need to sign this paper that is basically the walk through. Obviously after 2 hours and already passed the time our trip should have began, with a baby crying we signed those papers quickly so we could get started. He lied and we fell for it.

He is lying of course. The 1 hour tour was done with AC on, and YES you need to sign papers when the tour is done as per Outdoorsy rules! RV should be return clean, not for dust of course, but they trash the RV. they pee on the floor, beer everywhere, wine on sofa, so yes of course we need to charge for that, same as any car rental in the world! We don't charge credit cards, outdoorsy does. One more lie. Worst renter EVER. That guy destroy the RV, drive over 3000 miles and refuse to pay for the extra millage, he did bring the gas tank empty, broke the slide, broke the black tank, broke the shower, didn't clean it at all, drive off road, we are suing him. Between all platform we rent the RV over 20 times, and never had something like this. We alway maintain our both RV, this behavior was not acceptable at all. For all owners, don't rent him your RV if you want to keep your RV in a good shape.
