We do not offer delivery or pickup, Rv must be picked up from our house and rv is NOT allowed at airport because of its size. There has been a local rv owner that lost the top of their rv due to not realizing size restrictions. We personally have had a unit get stuck there. This is a NO exceptions rule for your safety. $35 lyft from airport for standard size ride.What’s included?

RaccomandazioniWe are located close to Lake Mead, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Red Rock, Valley of Fire, and only 4 hours from Disneyland. We have many travelers doing the loop through Arizona and Utah then back. Or up to Tahoe, Yosemite and the California coast. We help you plan your trip from the very beginning and are with you till the end.
Altre cose di cui prendere notaRentals do have a GPS installed for insurance purposes. It is possible for you to store your personal vehicle on our property off the street while renting. Please note that this is a rental and minor cosmetic wear and tear is imminent. If anything breaks during your rental, notify us immediately and do not attempt to make any repairs without our approval. Renter is responsible for all damages incurred during the rental period including damages due to improper clearance above or below unit. Canada or Mexico travel is NOT permitted. If we have to wait more than 1 hour after the arranged pick-up/drop-off time, you will be charged $100 every half hour. If returned more than one hour after scheduled return time, and we have another rental within 24 hours, a fee of $250.00 will be charged.
If you are in a collision and it is your fault, insurance will cover the damages (up to their limits). If it is the other vehicle's driver's fault, you must get the insurance information and contact information of the other driver and take photographs of insurance cards, driver's licenses, A police report, and vehicle damage so we can hold the other driver's insurance responsible.Our RV Rental will be stocked for 8 guests The Rv Prep Fee includes laundering and sanitizing. All Rentals are expected to be returned in clean condition, as received. An excess cleaning fee of $95/hr may be charged for removal of trash, stains, sand, and mud. Gas, fresh water and propane will be FULL when you receive it and we expect gas and propane to be FULL when it is returned, with grey and black water tanks EMPTY unless you pay the Convenience Pre-Pay refill/dump fee. Remember to empty the tanks at your last RV park. NO SMOKING inside at all, NO roof access, NO shoes on furniture, NO towing.

5Such a great trip! I never felt “stranded” as Katy would reply by text within minutes when we asked lots of questions. I really did feel like a pro by the end of the trip. Kooper was perfect for a group of four adults (with ZERO RV experience). Kooper was also great for temperatures below freezing, just follow recommendations to keep pipes from freezing.

5This experience was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. Katy is by far the most engaged, helpful and accommodating owner. The RV was in perfect shape when we arrived, very clean with everything we needed inside, making the trip very easy for us first-timers. Katy gave us a thorough review of how to operate it so we felt very comfortable the whole time. My 5 and 7 year old kids loved Kooper and have declared this the best vacation ever - I couldn’t agree more! Thank you Kooper and Reeder’s for a wonderful and memorable trip!!

5Katy and Nathan were great. Kooper was spotless, perfect. They provided everything we needed and more from a s’mores kit to ladder golf, bikes, games and all the cooking supplies we could think of. We even had a small mishap with the corner of a building making a big scratch in Kooper but Katy took care of everything with the insurance and was very gracious (and not mad ;). We went to Zion, page, Moab and Bryce. Had a great time. I definitely recommend Katy, Nathan and Kooper!

5Katy did her best to answer all our questions, was super accessible and responsive. She did her best to quell any apprehensions we had for our first RV trip. The RV itself is well maintained and comfortable. It is well stocked with everything you need and more. Would recommend Katy & Nathan to anyone and definitely would rent from them again.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We require the rv returned at least an hour before dark. during summer months return is 430-530pm and winter months 3-330pm. Time change permitting. Departure we can vary as well. Depending on the schedule / day we can do as early as 730am or as late as 430pm. Always reach out and ask, We try to work with you and schedule everything in advance.

If we have questions when traveling what do we do?
A.
You can call me 24 hours a day for assistance. You get treated like family when renting from us and we make sure you are well trained, provided step by step illustrated directions plus unlimited access to us for help. You may leave a beginner but you will come home a Master. You will have what many refer to as the "Rv Bible" with you your entire trip. It contains all your travel documents and step by step processes.

Is the rv too big for the National Parks?
A.
Nope, The national parks in the surrounding states all allow the our rv's to enter. They also will fit in the mount Carmel tunnel with the Tunnel pass at $15.00 The rv when driving feels like a long truck because of the cab. The class c rv is popular for beginners while the class a style is more advanced campers. The biggest thing would be to make sure that when renting and getting campsites you make sure to notate on the reservation if you have a slide out and which side.

Do you need a special license to drive it?
A.
No, a regular driver license is all you need. Must be valid and over the age of 25 to rent.
