Trailers are fragile, they are not tanks. Please be as careful as possible, they break easily and we want to avoide and insurance claims or deposit losses. The Gray waste storage tanks will fill quickly, so be sure to monitor them frequently and not overflow. Black and gray must be dumped (and flushed) before returning. Notify owner if anything is broken or malfunctioning. AWNING is very delicate. Do not leave it out if windy. Also, be sure to roll it in the CORRECT way. Never leave water heater propane on after showering. If you use A LOT of propapne, please go and get it refilled completely for the next guest.
