Our RV is perfect for anyone! There is plenty of space for you and your family, friends, and four-legged friends! This Jayco is our family's second home. We guarantee you'll love it as much as we do! It's stocked with pots and pans, a toaster, waffle iron, griddle, strainer, cutting board, utensils, plates, bowls, paper plates, plastic cups, coffee cups, coffee pot, coffee, dish towels, pot holders, napkins, paper towels, lanterns, flashlights, sheets, blankets, pillows, washcloths, towels, bath mat, coat hangers, table cloths, cleaning products, RV toilet paper, and most essential kitchen/bathroom needs. Feel free to help yourself to the products we have left for you. When it's time to retire for the evening, the walk-around queen bed provides you with a good night's rest no matter where you go. You also have a full split bath which includes a private toilet and a sink room. You can either cook meals or heat up take-out in the large kitchen, the choice is yours. You will even find a place for your golf clubs or camp chairs in one of the exterior pass-through storage compartments.From the molded, seamless fiberglass front cap protecting you from the wind and rain, and the JRide package for the ultimate driving experience, to the rear backup camera that feeds directly to your in-cab monitor to help you reverse with more visibility, you will find satisfaction and comfortability on all of your trips! There is interior storage throughout including under the queen bed, and an exterior pass-through compartment with a light to keep all your gear organized and ready for each trip.Rules:
Absolutely NO smoking or vaping! To help everyone enjoy their trips, please no smoking inside of our RV. No climbing on the roof. Even though there is a ladder, it is only there for servicing equipment. No speeding or driving over 75 mph. No off road use at any time. Lower 48 states only. Canada not allowed.**Please Note: RV is to be returned clean in the same condition as received, full gas/ propane and empty holding tanks - If you don’t have the time or do not want to bother with it, it is absolutely fine; we offer cleaning / servicing / fueling for an additional fee according to the listing.Breaking any of the above listed rules can result in loss of the entire deposit! Renter is responsible for all damages caused including damages due to improper clearance above or below unit. Renter is responsible for any freezing damages due to use of the plumbing in below freezing temperatures. If you are in a collision and it is your fault, insurance will cover the damages any amount not covered by insurance will be your responsibility to pay in cash at time of return.
