* MAXIMUM ALLOWED SPEED IS 70 mph. Rental will be cancelled without a refund and RV will be due back immediately if driven at speeds exceeding 70mph
* No refunds for early returns
* No smoking in our around the RV. You will forfeit your entire deposit if evidence of smoking is found
* Late return fee $50 per hour if returned after the agreed upon time
* Driving is only allowed on paved roads. Driving on gravel, sand, dirt, etc is not allowed. A $500 fee will be charged if excessive dust/sand is found indicative of off-road driving
* Please pay all tolls and driving/parking tickets and violations. We will charge $70 administrative fee to take care of the for you + the cost of the ticket
* You are responsible to taking care of the tires. Replacement cost per tire is $200
* Please do not climb on the RV roof for any reason
* No pets allowed at any time. If evidence of pets is found in the RV a fee of $300 up to $700 will be deducted from your deposit (depending on damages and cleaning needed.
* Propane tanks must be refilled before returning the RV. If you are unable to do so, we will do it for you at a rate of $65
* Waste tanks are to be fully emptied before returning the RV. If you are unable to do so, we will do it for you at a rate of $65
* Gas tank is to be returned full. If you are unable to do so, we will fill up for you at a rate of $99 plus the cost of fuel
* Please return the RV with a clean interior in the same manner as you received. If extra cleaning is needed, a $150 fee will be charged. If deep cleaning is needed, a fee of $700 will be charged against your deposit
* No drugs of any kind are allowed in the RV- Evidence of drugs will mean forfeiture of your deposit
* An outdoor stove is provided for your convenience. Please refrain cooking foods with strong smells inside the RV to avoid a deep cleaning fee of $300
* Please report damages immediately. We will file the claim if needed
* Any damages are your responsibility as the renter and the cost will be deducted from your deposit. This includes damage to any of the included bedding, counters, walls, addons, chairs, pots/pans, etc.
* Abandonment of the RV will result in a $3000 charge to your original form of payment plus the cost of any damages found
* If you get locked out of the RV, call us and we will drive to your location to unlock. The cost will be $.75/mile drive to reach your location
* If keys are lost, a cost of $25 per key will be charged to your deposit
* This unit is fitted with a GPS unit for safety and recovery purposes. Disabling the unit will forfeit your deposit. Providing an arbitrary destination in order to attend an event without prior notification will result in deposit forfeiture and you will be asked to return the RV right away
* Safe driving and usage of the RV is the renter's responsibility. Please do not drive the RV at speeds over 70 miles per hour. You agree to release the RV owners from any injury or liability resulting from the operation of the RV

Marion, I apologize tremendously for the inconvenience. The alternator is shot on the unit. As I went to take the unit out this morning to get it ready for you, it would not start. My mechanic tells me the part won’t be in until Tuesday or Wednesday. I sent you a text early this morning to give you a heads up as well.

Daniel and Bruni were amazing - very clear and open in communication, and very helpful in showing us how to use the RV. They were very professional and methodical, and it’s clear that they take good care of their vehicle! Daniel and Bruni were amazing. Everything was thoroughly explained and we had the best girls trip imaginable. If 4 old ladies can do it, anyone can. The RV was perfect size for our adventure. Very clean and well maintained. Upon our return Daniel even gave us recommendations for dinner in the area. Couldn’t have asked for more accommodating hosts.

My husband and I Did our first RV trip with Daniels RV and it was Amazing. We took our 1 year old son to Zion and everything was perfect. The rv was clean and on time. Daniel was very accommodating with us and always answered our questions and concerns very quickly.
