1st day door inner mechanism broke due to wear and tear and had to climb in and out of the passenger door the whole 4 day trip. Would recommend for next EDC rental to replace this so next renters won't have this problem due to unable to enter EDC for maintenance.

We picked up the camping car for a week on the scheduled day for a week, but we decided to return it early on day 3…..What a deceit !
The pictures of the inside shown on the website feature a much newer Camping car, which is misleading.
The couch is badly stained. The table and some cupboards were chipped as well.
The safety belt for the seat behind the passenger seat is not usable, it is broken. The silverware inside the tray were dirty, pots and pans not usable, were old and stained.
The control knobs on the stove were melted and the foldable extension was missing, but was shown on the website.
The generator was loud. We were unable to sleep and therefore did not use it much despite the heat. Also, two of the handles for the ceiling vents were missing ,making them impossible to open.
Overall, it was not a good experience !

This is long overdue as we rented Fall 2019.

We planed a trip away, that trip cost around 2,000.00, the plane took us to and from, the hotels and restaurants did what we paid them to do.
We paid about $1000.00 to rent a motor home. It smelled bad most of the trip, it didn't keep us warm most of the trip. The plates, knives and silverware were all dirty.
We drove many more miles than planned to find places to stay and we came back a day early. Your company did not provide what was promised and my vacation was very frustrating.
A full refund is much closer to fair than what you feel is appropriate.

On picking up the RV I brought it to the attention of the man in charge that the rear tires (4) were almost bald, and barely legal. He said if I had trouble to just call for road service. This didn't satisfy my concern. We traveled across a few hundred miles of desolate desert. If we
had tire issues we would have been waiting for service for hours. It appears this company is trying to get the most mileage out of their tires at their customers expense. Also We rented the RV for one week. We thought we might be late in returning it on the 7th day.
I mentioned that and they said we could just add one more day to the rental. We didn't know this extra day was carved in stone. As it turns out we had a family emergency and had to cut our trip short. We brought the unit back on the 5th day. We told them we had no problem with being charged for 7 days, but not the extended 8th day. They charged us for 8 days. Upon returning the RV on the 5th day a different person checked us in. She said she didn't know we had a dog, and that is an added charge. I told her we said we had
a small 13 lb. dog when we made the reservation. Also the man that checked us out with
the RV saw that we had a small dog. They did release our $500.00 deposit, but all in all it was not a good experience. I would have taken photos of the almost bald rear tires if I had known we could post them on this site. We would never rent from them again.
