As-new condition, with full rear kitchen and separate front queen bedroom, with bathroom in between. Lovely unique modifications and upgrades of furniture and decor (bohemian, funky-modern - removed granny chairs, dinette and couch - replaced with luxurious leather recliner/chair (nick-named "Butter" because of how it looks and feels), desk/workspace and full size, full time, single futon couch. Layout will suit single, or couple, plus one child - no more! Lots of storage. This model is still available new, if you want to check the layout on the Dutchmen Website. This trailer has only been driven about 1,000 miles in 4 years, as it has been a destination vacation space, at only 2 separate dry locations, is very well kept, very clean and new-feeling, with no mold or rust. Quite light at 7,474lb before loading and tows like new! Available with every level of convenience included, as you wish, down to towels and bedding! Absolutely NO Smoking or Pets!
