The Cozy Tow-A-Way is a beautifully restored 1977 Bell 1300 vintage camper that blends original character with thoughtful updates for a cozy, one-of-a-kind camping experience.At just 13 feet long and approximately 1,900 lbs with its permanent upgrades, she's compact, lightweight, and perfect for couples' getaways, weekend camping trips, beach vacations, festivals, and scenic road trips.Sleeping & Space:
The camper can accommodate up to 4 guests, but please keep in mind that this is a compact 13-foot vintage camper. Four guests can sleep inside, but it will be cozy!For the most comfortable experience, we recommend 2 guests. Three guests, or two adults traveling with one to two children, can also be a great fit depending on your sleeping arrangements.The dinette converts into the main full-size bed, while the twin upper bunk provides additional sleeping space. A ladder is provided, and mattress toppers are available upon request for added comfort.Inside, you'll find the charm of a true 1970s camper—including the original propane cooktop and vintage ice box—paired with modern additions like air conditioning, USB charging, updated lighting, and a portable indoor toilet.Towing Information:

Can I use the air conditioner without hookups?
A.
No. The air conditioner requires shore power and must be plugged into campground electricity to operate.
Q.
Does the camper have trailer brakes?
A.
No. The Cozy Tow-A-Way does not have trailer brakes installed, so a brake controller is not required. Under Florida law, trailers with a gross weight of 3,000 lbs or less are generally not required to have brakes, provided certain conditions are met, including that the trailer does not exceed 40% of the towing vehicle's weight and the combination can meet Florida's braking performance standards. Our camper's estimated loaded weight is approximately 1,900 lbs.

How does the ice box work?
A.
The camper features its original vintage ice box. Simply add ice, and it will typically keep items cold for about 24 hours in summer and up to 48 hours in cooler weather. As the ice melts, water drains through a tube behind the ice box and drips safely underneath the camper—this is completely normal.

Do I need to bring bedding or kitchen supplies?
A.
No! We provide fresh linens, towels, kitchen essentials, cookware, dishes, coffee maker, games, and many other comforts. Just bring your food, drinks, clothing, and any personal items.

Hi! We’re Lindsay & Chris, the duo behind The Cozy Tow-A-Way.
The Cozy Tow-A-Way combines my love for interior design, vintage finds, and giving old things a new story. When I found this little 1977 Bell camper, I fell in love with its character. Since then, we’ve made updates, added our own touches, and turned her into a cozy little getaway we now get to share with others.
I’m behind the design, styling, and all the little details that make her feel special. Chris is happily along for the ride and handles the muscle—deliveries, setup, maintenance, and anything involving power tools. Basically, I have the ideas and he gets handed the drill. :)
We love that this little vintage camper is still making memories nearly 50 years after she was built. We hope you love her as much as we do.
Because everyone deserves a night under the stars—I just happen to think it’s better with a cozy bed and the AC running.
