The off-season (October - March) nightly rate is $110 per night.The required prep fee includes everything you need to use the camper. All you need is your clothes, food, and drink. Weight Distribution Hitch, etc. Please let us know if you have questions about a specific item or if you need additional supplies.Pet friendly with a $15 per pet fee prefers no more than 2 dogs.No Climbing on the roof. No Smoking in the unit. The powered awning is a non-insurable item via Outdoorsy. If the awning is broken upon return, the cost to repair will be taken out of the renter's deposit if the damages are more than the deposit. The renter will be responsible for the remainder. The awning should not be used if winds are higher than 12-15 MPH and brought in at night preferably.Weight distribution hitch with anti-sway will be provided. 5Our family of 8 met for a long weekend and was wowed by this camper! The accommodations made our camping experience so easy. Be sure to ask what all they provide because chances are you won’t need to pack much! They were so easy to work with, and if we have the opportunity we will definitely use them again!

5Fredrick was amazing to work with! Camper was all setup and ready to go when we got there. It was just what we needed for the weekend. He was also very easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. I would highly recommend!
