Check out Greenbrier State Park. It’s our favorite close-by getaway spot. Plenty to do all season long. In the summer there’s a great swimming lake. Flexible, responsive, and accommodating
Guests commend their flexibility for pickup/drop-off, quick responses, and provided amenities like bedding and soaps. One guest, however, reported a dispute over a damage claim.
Easy to tow, spacious, clean
Guests find it easy to tow, roomy with a pop-out, and often clean, suitable for families. It includes hookups and a comfortable bed. However, one renter reported fridge/toilet malfunctions and panels coming off at highway speeds.

2.0Unfortunately, we had a pretty bad experience. The camper is a nice set up from a size perspective for towing with full size SUV. I few of the systems did not work properly- fridge which did not hold temp, a toilet that did not make a proper seal to hold water in bowl (or keep odors in the black tank. Some basic maintenance was not done- lubing the locks and stabilizers. We had some panels come off during or trip at highway speed which was pretty terrifying. To make matters worse, instead of taking responsibility, the hosts submitted a damage claim. The host was flexible on pickup and drop-off times which I appreciated. I hope that the issues we had will be addressed and will not be a problem for future guests, but based on my experience, I would not recommend.

We have a flexible schedule and are willing to work with our renters to find times that meet their pick up and drop off needs.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We provide training on how to use our electric, water, and sewage systems through videos and in-person training at pickup time. Typically, we discuss the destination amenities with our renters ahead of time so we can include exactly what is needed for the trip and we are always available before and during trip to answer any questions!
