Super clean, modern finishes, memory foam mattresses, 3 beds, sleeps 6 (or 7 if you have small kids), solar power, TV with antenna, surround sound, indoor/outdoor speakers, power awning, exterior lighting, 20 gallon fuel station for filling up all your gas operated toys, kitchen double sink, indoor/outdoor storage, small outdoor rug.Unlimited generator use, unlimited miles, 2-20lb propane tanks (to operate refrigerator and stove), 2 outdoor picnic tables, small charcoal grill, bed liners, linens, pillows, dishes, cookware, silverware, all included.Specs: Dry weight 5,500 pounds, Cargo capacity about 3,000 pounds, Max combined weight 9,000 pounds, Exterior length 25'10", Exterior width 102", Fresh water tank 100 GAL, grey water tank 40 GAL, black water tank 40 GAL. 2” 5/16 ball hitch rated for 10,000 lbs is needed.Pick up: trailer will have empty fresh water tank, empty black tank, and empty grey tank, and two full propane tanks, and generator full with fuel.Drop-Off: Trailer must be returned with empty fresh water tank, empty black tank, and empty grey tank, and generator full of fuel. There is no need to refill propane tanks as this is an included perk in the daily rate. If grey or black tanks are not emptied, an additional fee is added.Delivery available: $1.50 per mile (this includes delivery, fresh water tank filled, and grey/black tanks emptied for you)No cleaning fee as long as you return the trailer the way you received it.
