This Motorhome is ready to go anywhere you want to! It is great for a weekend get-away or a long family trip. It has 1 pop-out in the dinette couch area that makes for a ton of space! There is a ton of outside storage for all of your activity items like chairs, bbq, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes, utensils, cooking supplies. Things not included: Pillows, bed linens, and towels.
Sleeping arrangements:
Master bed- Queen
Dinette- Full
Couch- Twin
Bunk- TwinThere is no smoking allowed in this motorhome and no climbing, walking, sitting on the roof.
1. Drivers Seat Needs TO BE ALL THE WAY Forward AND Upright Before Using THE Driver Side Slide OUT.
2. Return RV with Gas level the same when you took it.
3. No household toilet paper in toilet, special RV TP only.
4. Ladies special toiletries are not to be flushed. Use trash can.
5. NO Towing. Bicycle racks and Storage racks allowed.
6. Campgrounds with sewage and Electricity only. Some exceptions may apply.
5. Empty tanks ( Black and Grey) after your trip please. A fee ($125.00) will be applied if not.
6. An additional cleaning fee of 125.00 will be applied if the RV comes back excessively dirty on the interior.
7. A cleaning fee of 250.00 will be applied if the RV comes back muddy, or any other debris that should be cleaned off. We will always hand you a clean RV inside and out.
