-TOW VEHICLE MUST HAVES- **Read Everything Very Carefully** If your vehicle is not equipped with the following items below upon pick up, your reservation will be cancelled and non-refunded based upon cancellation policy. *2 inch tow hitch receiver. (Weight distribution hitch provided) *7 pin trailer plug *Electronic brake controller *2500 or 250 plus truck size recommended *Half ton towable with limited load *Must check vehicle tow capacity (7,000lbs dry to 11,000lbs fully loaded tow capacity) -ADDITIONAL RULES- *BEACH camping directly on the sand is NOT permitted - This is NON-NEGOTIABLE. (Example, Pismo Beach sand camping is not permitted) *No climbing on the roof, no lounging on the roof of any kind. Please do not play on the trailer ladder either. *Gasoline has to be at or above the level it was prior to being rented to avoid a surcharge of $6 per gallon *Awning use not permitted in windy conditions. Please close ALL windows, front door and patio if windy and blowing sand/dust/dirt. *Repairs or modifications must be approved by owner prior to any work. *Please only use the toilet paper that is provided. Feminine products, wipes, paper towels etc. CANNOT be disposed in the toilet. * No traveling outside the US *Improper operation or misuse of equipment according to the operators manual will result in incidental charges. *Traveling long distances with full fresh water tank is NOT recommended. Please fill near your destination if possible. Any damage will result in an incidental charge. *No Smoking, No Drugs, NO PETS. $500 cleaning fee for smoking and bringing pets. Please be respectful and clean up after yourself.
