A few years ago, after remodeling a vintage travel trailer, my wife Amy and I decided to try getting a motorhome now that we have 3 kiddos, and now it's yours to share. Named after Austin's iconic guitarist, Steve will take you where you need to go in style and comfort! Here is some more info in Q/A format:Q: Hey Brandon, is this the same kind of RV Batman drove after he retired, became slightly overweight, and had a few kids?
A: Wow, that's a really specific question, but yes, I would assume this is the same one.Q: Well, if that's true, what makes this RV so special?!
A: I am glad you asked! Here are a few things you should know about:
- It's a 2017, with low miles, and is in awesome condition - you will pretty much be driving a new RV!
- two sweet slide outs to give you a little extra space
- onboard generator - you can literally camp anywhere you want (beach, Walmart parking lot, etc) and have everything run!
- all the add-on stuff you would ever need to glamp - Free - see additional info
- stove, microwave with convection oven, and large (for an RV) fridge and bathroom
- ice cold ACQ: But Brandon, I like, really like to watch movies and relax in luxury, is this the RV for me?
A: Heck yeah it is! Its got 2 TVs for you to stream directly from your phone if you want, including a 50" big screen in the master bedroom. It also comes with a pop up awning, and comes with all the extra add ons for your vacationing pleasure including rocking chairs, corn-hole, and a gas fire pit! How you like them apples?Q: But Brandon, like, I have like, never driven an RV before, can I drive this one and not die?
A: Totally! It's super easy to drive, both my wife and I have driven it all over the place (city, highway, parking lots, Buc-ee's, restaruants) no problemo. Plus, it has a back up camera so you don't hit anything.Q: What about a GPS, I get lost no matter where I go?

Hello! Me, my wife Amy and my 3 kiddos love to travel, and especially with the RV. A few years back we fell in love with RVs after remodeling a vintage travel trailer. We now have "Steve", our new class C motorhome that we are excited to share with anyone looking to have an adventure!

Everything was perfect! Brandon and Amy were so nice! The RV was even better than advertised! It was clean and fully stocked. The bed was so comfortable! We can wait to rent it again!

Brandon did a walk through with us and provided typed out instructions on how to set up and take down the rig. It was stocked with basics like oil for cooking and plastic bags for clean up. He was available for any issues we encountered along the way, which were none.

For me the best part was not having to make trips back and forth to various hotels carrying loads of luggage. Or maybe the best part was having the dogs with us. It was all good.

Brandon and his family were absolutely amazing. Brandon was very accommodating for first timers like me and was always available for questions and guidance. I would definitely recommend this RV. Kids were able to travel without being annoyed and the ride was smooth. I am now converted and will be renting again. I assumed RV's were complicated and difficult, but with Brandons' guidance I had no issues at all. Thank you again for allowing me to take my family on our trip. I am not big on photos, but want to share the few that I did take.

Brandon and Amy are great hosts who made the rental process very easy. Instructions and features of the RV were great. It met every need, slept comfortably and drove smoothly.

Camper was just as advertised and Brandon and Amy were fantastic communicators throughout the experience. We rented this for my in-laws to just us at a mountain bike race weekend… they had their own space, everything they needed to be comfortable and it was absolutely perfect. Thanks Brandon and Amy!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Just ask, most of the time we can arrange delivery for a fee. Also, if you are staying at any kind of camp ground near Austin (an hour-ish) we can usually come help set up camp for you with delivery.
Q.Can I tow a car/boat or other something behind the vehicle?
A.
Yes - we have a tow hitch, but most vehicles/boats will require their own trailer or tow bar (which you would need to provide, as they are usually vehicle specific). There is a 5000 lb tow limit.
Q.Can you tell me about the awning? What happened to the original?
A.
Thanks for asking! Some renters (who were not being very careful) drove off with the awning still out, so the one you see in the pictures is no longer on the RV. But - good news - we have a separate sweet 13' x 13' pop up awning that we include for free, and it only takes a few minutes to set up!
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
In general, we plan on a 3 pm pick up and an 11 am drop off. But, if you let us know ahead of time, we can usually accommodate!
