2017 Highland Ridge RV Open Range Ultra Lite
What we have available to offer is our home away from home to you and would love the opportunity to be a part of your memorable getaway. Our unit is welcoming, comfortable, and decorated. We only offer delivery/setup, no self-towing options as we want to make sure your vacation is as peaceful as possible.Hit the road and enjoy the camping life with our 2017 Highland Ridge Open Range Ultra Lite Travel Trailer! This travel trailer can sleep up to 10 people. It would be great for a weekend getaway to make memories as a couple, girls' or guys' trip or family with the kids.Delivery/Setup and Tear Down/ Pickup Would Include:
Hooking up water, sewage and electric. Opening up awning and slide outs. Outdoor setup will be done by the renter- all outdoor use items will be stored in the under compartments of camper.
You must Book your own campsite. Our camper is 30 or 50 amp service only. Campsites must include full hook ups to include 30 or 50 amp electric, water, & sewer. We can do a back in or pull through site. If requested by the campground, please make sure to provide the following info to the campground when booking (35 ft long , 2 slides on driver side).
Both propane tanks will be full upon delivery and set up.Cosa è incluso-1 bunkhouse area at opposite end of the unit, has bunk bed, and full size bed over storage and smart TV included. The bottom bunk can be converted to a table area and top bunk can be folded up for room to sit.
- 1 private bedroom with pillow top king bed with TV included.
-Both rooms have slider doors for added privacy.
-Freshly washed sheets, comforters and pillows for all beds provided.
-The living room has a couch that converts to a bed.
-Dinette with seating, that can also be converted to a bed.
-There is a comfortable bathroom with an entrance from the outside, the bathroom also has a shower, bath, toilet and sink with vanity.
- Pass-through storage.
- Bluetooth FM radio with sound bar- allows for indoor and outdoor sound.
- Living Room has a smart TV.
-Living Room has surround sound.
-Large extended awning with lighting (must be closed during high winds or rain).
- Outdoor cooktop & fridge.
- 4 Folding Chairs (will not be setup but is stored in outdoor compartment of the camper).
-Supply of paper towels, plates, bowls, plastic silverware, and toilet paper included for the duration of your trip.
-Towels and wash clothes included for your stay.
