• No festivals, tailgating, or large events
• RV may not be used for parties or large gatherings
• No subleasing or third-party use
• Generator use is limited 2 hrs. per night; additional hours may be billed $5 per hour
• Drive-away rentals include a daily mileage allowance of 100 miles per night with excess mileage fee of .50 per mile
• RV must be returned in reasonable condition
• Empty all trash
• Damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items may be deducted from the security deposit
