Before you read any further, know that the RV does not leave the state of Florida. It is really not intended to be driven long distances. Our hope would be that someone coming to Florida would want the use of it at an area campground. We are less than 50 miles from Disney World and we would happily deliver it and set it up for you anywhere in Florida.Nothing fancy, just comfortable, clean and ready for you. This motor home is perfect for families with children or for just getting away from it all. Will sleep 4 adults and 2 smaller children. Pet friendly for a $25 fee.We lived in this motor home virtually full-time for 3 years and found it to be all we needed it to be. This is the ideal unit for your vacation. If you would prefer not to drive it we will deliver this beautiful unit to the RV campground of your choice . We will completely set it up for you , and when you are ready to leave, we will come and pick it up. This delivery service is free within 50 miles, after that it is $2/mile on the extra mileage. If you do not drive the coach, there will be a 10% discount on the rental fee.Fully stocked: bedding and pillows for 2 beds; 6 each towels, face towels and washcloths; fully equipped kitchen; table service for 8. If you would like, for a small fee we will do the grocery shopping using your list so everything will be ready for you.There are TVs in the bedroom and main cabin; DVD player, roof antenna and cable ready. There is a CD player, headphone and USB input jacks in the built-in sound system. Queen sized foam-topped innerspring mattress in bedroom and queen sized inflatable mattress in sleeper sofa. Dinette converts to sleeping area for 2 smaller children--we provide one fleece sleeping bag. Bedroom closes with pocket door. Bathroom space can be used two ways—use door to close powder room or swing door all the way open to create a bathroom the width of the coach.Main coach has reclining chair with footstool, 3 person couch, dinette seats 4 adults. Vinyl covered furniture, linoleum floor except bedroom which is carpeted makes it easy to care for.Kitchen has counter space, 3 burner gas range, oven, microwave and 6.3 cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer and is fully stocked with table settings, cooking utensils pots/pans.There is plenty of storage: clothes closet has a 3.5 foot clothes rod and mirrored doors. 4 drawers (w 17" x d 19" x h 4") & 6 larger drawers (w 17" x d 19" x h 6" ). Storage units above head of bed and under dinette seats and all along one side of coach at ceiling. There are 7 under-bays for outside storage (1 is full of patio furniture, grill, etc.)There are 2 A/Cs: bedroom and living area and a furnace for those chillier mornings. All windows have privacy shades. All side windows have awnings. Main patio awning is electrically operated. There are 2 electrically powered slide-outs and an on-board generator.We provide portable fan, playing cards, 4 lawn chairs, 2 side tables, charcoal grill & BBQ tools.

Lonnie and Marnie are both retired and have been married since 2009. We have traveled all over the US east of the Mississippi in our motor-home and were full timers for 3 years. We decided to come off the road in January 2017. We have been using the motor home for our personal use but have now decided to make it possible for others to enjoy the RV lifestyle as we have done.
