Renter will receive a packet of condensed “how to use” features, points of interest that fit your vacation, emergency numbers, etc. We are a “eConnect’ member of Showcase RV Hub that has a national network of parts, service, owners, etc. to network our RV renters with their propriety software to connect all aspects or owning/renting an RV, plus a 24/7 Call Center.
