Responsive, flexible, and supportive
Ricki and the owners were available to help, gave good RV intro, and were flexible with pickup/drop-off times. They quickly responded to questions and even proactively fixed a tire.

5.0Ricki is super nice and always available to help. The pick-up meeting was easy and straight forward. Ricki gave very good intro to the RV. The RV is clean, spacious, well-equipped with good care. Really enjoyed the trip!

5.0This was our second time using the Jones’s trailer and it was great again. It’s a great size for our SUV to tow, and fits our family perfect. My daughter thinks the bunk beds are fun. They have the trailer stocked with just about anything you could need, and we’re happy to work with us about pickup and drop off times.

5.0The Jones’ are very nice and were flexible about pickup and drop off times. They noticed a nail in one of the tires and had it fixed right away, which was great. The trailer was stocked with everything we needed for the weekend, and they even had s’mores stuff for us. It was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family. You won’t be disappointed with their trailer.
