Family-owned and we still use the camper for our own camping adventures as well, just not as many as we use too. Now my teenage son and I would like to share our home away from home with you.Memorial DAY, 4Th of July, and Labor DAY are minimum of 4 day rentals.We delivered camper, do the set up/take down and even empty the tanks at the end.All you have to bring is the family, your clothes, food and drinks and pets if you like. We do all the work so you don’t have to. You can elect for a Turnkey experience where we set everything up before you arrive and text you any details needed. Or meet you there and give you a personal tour of where all the important buttons and information would be.Master Suite- sleeps 2Master bed is a queen bed with 4 inch memory for a pad and 2 inch mattress topper. There is walking access on both sides of bed. There is a storage cabinet on each side of the bed as well with a mirrored front. There is also a storage shelf above the bed. There are 8 beach towels in the cabinet to the left of the bed. On each side of the bed is an opening to the storage cabinets making them like a bedside table. Inside is a USB port for a charger and light. There are doors on each side of the bed as well for added privacy. Master bed is made prior to your arrival and has 4 pillows, sheets, blanket.THE Bunkhouse - sleeps 4-5Is very spacious with one of the slides and has 3 twin size beds with 2 inch memory foam padding and 2 gaming chairs that can be folding out on the floor as a full-size bed or leave them as two twins if needed.
Water toys, water noodles and bug catching nets are in the bunk room and has USB outlets for electronics to charge.Main Living Area- sleeps 2-4Dining room table is a U shape with seating for 6 and converts to full-size bed if needed.
Conversion dining bed would sleep 1 adult or 2 teens/ small children comfortably.Couch in living area also fold into a full size bed. It will also sleep one adult or 2 teens/small children comfortably.IF YOU Need Bedding FOR THE Couch OR Dinette Conversion Please LET ME Know. They are packed away inside the camper, but I will leave them out in a more accessible place for you.There is a TV in the main living area with games in the cabinet under the TV.Outdoor Kitchensink

What if I do not have full hook up?
A.
If you do not have full hook up, meaning you may have electrical hook up or fresh water hook up, but NOT sewer hook up to empty the black and grey tanks there is an added fee for this. Even using the campground dump station does not always allow for the tanks to be cleaned properly. Some campgrounds only allow you to dump tanks, not clean. The added fee is so they can be cleaned as well.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
If you are picking up the camper we will go over exact location of the grey and black tank, this camper has separate connections instead of one. But I do have the hoses and everything you will need. Electric cord is provided with Surge protector. Fresh water hose has water filter on it as well as regulator. There is also a regular hose to use for whatever you may need and rinsing the grey and black tank hoses before packing them away.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
There is flexibility with drop off and pick up times. We coordinate delivery and pick up around the times of the campground. It takes an hour to set up and take down. We can discuss it in detail when making your reservation.

What do I need to bring
A.
Let's face it we all forget something from time to time. We really try to prepare for that. We fully stock everything, from toiletries to kitchen supplies. The medicine cabinet is stocked with toothpaste, q-tips, soap, shampoo, disposable razors etc. Kitchen is stocked the same way with seasonings. If you have a specific need, let’s discuss it.
