Very Modern beautiful floor plan, greys and black, Granite counters, full size fridge and freezer, large pantry, stocked with all you need. High-end cabinetry, top of line unit. Just buy food and drinks! 4 TV's and stereo everywhere. Streaming only if you have Internet at the site. Many DVD's available for viewing also. Gets local radio well. 1 full bath by master with a sit down shower and skylight and 1/2 bath in the back with the two Queen bunks. Skylights in living room also, and fans with auto rain notification to close if open.
Immaculate like new - 2019 Dutchman Voltage with 10 ft plus garage. Back folds down to a patio if you have room for that in your camping spot. So reserve your Camping Spot in Lake Havasu City, Parker or Needles area and rent our rig! We will drop it off clean with supplies. Full connections only allowed. We will pick-up at check-out and re-clean and sanitize for our next guest. Master has a queen bed with two nightstands and double closets. Two bunk bed queens in back that go up and down with the switch. Or we can make the bottom in a booth dining for your stay and the top up for a bed. Let us know how you want it set-up, we do all the work for you!
Bedding provided and pillows. Reclining leather couch (all four seats recline) and a fireplace that blows warm air out when the desert sun comes down. Heat and Air conditioning work well. Oven and microwave and a portable grill. You’ll have to provide your propane. Husband is incredibly good at parking the rig and helpful with set-up so you have no stress - you're on vacation!2 Outdoor Voltage chairs included for comfortable seating, and 2 lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. Also a rug for the side of the camper. Broom and swiffer if you need to clean-up some sand and towels all ready for your stay. We live close by so unless we plan to be gone, we are readily available to help with anything that comes up. We will communicate of course!

We own a beautiful Cabin in the White Mountains of Arizona and now a nice home pool home in Lake Havasu City. We want to share our amazing RV with Havasu visitors so they can enjoy the fun experience it offers. Fortunately, Jeff has a CDL and an amazing ability to be sure you are parked well, level and all hooked up! You will find our gorgeous Fifth Wheel roomy, luxurious, and fun. You must rent your spot, we deliver and pick-up. Full hook-ups required for all reservations. $100 delivery fee, $150 cleaning fee - both non-refundable. $200 delivery to Needles and Parker.
