4.0Host was great! Tip for those who plan to hook up to campsite, water hose onboard is a 25fter . If you plan to hook up bring a long hose just in case. Also, Rv was not represented well via photos. Current conditions inside was pretty worn.

5.0this was my first experience towing a trailer and I sure am glad it was with Derek. not only did he provide all of the hardware necessary, but also many furnishings, appliances and even silverware and cookware. the trailer is in great shape, everything works and I really appreciated that he took 30 minutes to train me on the operations.
