Highly Responsive and Accommodating
Tim and Cindi demonstrated great flexibility by accommodating flight delays and changing schedules. They were highly responsive, went above and beyond to assist, and patiently taught operation of features like the stove and AC.

The 2021 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 324BDS is new, spotless, and in great condition. It comes fully equipped with bedding, kitchenwares, and an outdoor kitchen, comfortably accommodating a large family.

5.0Camper was very clean, looked brand new, and was just as described. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed. Outdoor kitchen is a great help! Very spacious and we set up to watch a movie as a family during a thunderstorm which was great.

What to expect on Delivery?
A.
We'll coordinate with you ahead of your campground arrival. We typically arrive before you do and completely setup your RV. Once you arrive and check-in, we'll go over the entire RV and answer any questions you may have. If you're familiar with RVs this is typically a quick process (lets not waste your vacation time!), although we'll spend as much time as you need answering any questions. We'll then complete the required Outdoorsy paperwork and be off, allowing you to enjoy your vacation!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We can customize any pickup or delivery experience. We do prefer to deliver and setup your RV, as it offers several advantages, such as lower insurance rates, easier hand-off and setup of your RV so you can get started on your vacation without a ton of hassle!

Can you explain the insurance?
A.
Insurance rates are determined by Outdoorsy; are based on the Renter, the RV and the RV's use (i.e. whether RV is being towed or delivered). Insurance is also integrated into the rental process beyond our control. How far do you deliver?
A.
We'll deliver to the North Pole for the right price, but realistically we deliver within less than 120 miles one way, with typical deliveries averaging 30-80 miles. We require a minimum $250 Delivery Fee, which includes the first 25 miles. Each additional mile is $5. Complete setup at your campsite is included with Delivery.
