About this RVCan Pick UP IN Austin Looking to get away and making memories that will last a lifetime? We have exactly what you need. Just pack your food, your clothes and your kids. Our "Glamper Camper" comes fully stocked with all the necessities you will need to make your trip relaxing and worry free with plenty of room for a moderate size family. Our trailer sleeps 6 very comfortably but will accommodate 7 depending on the ages of the guest with a cot. The private bedroom host a queen bed with a comfortable Casper mattress(not an rv mattress) 2 closets and extra storage under the bed and above, Two queen size bunks will hold 4 adults and a cot. Relax inside, enjoy the outdoors , or watch your favorite movie on one of the TVs. The trailer also has cable hook ups if the parks are equipped with it or you can use the antenna to get over the air channels. Kitchen has ample storage ,3 burner stove, microwave and sink.
We can also make your experience worry free by providing delivery and set-up for an additional fee. All you have to do is show up, sit back and relax.Cosa è inclusoThe "Glamper Camper" comes fully stocked with all your necessities and more!
Outside: Towing equalizer hitch, power tongue jacks, stabilizers, black and grey water tanks, portable wastewater tank, drinking water hose, 2 propane tanks, lighted awning, chairs, refrigerator, portable gas grill and trash can.
Inside: Kitchen items include dishes, pots & pans, silverware, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, coffee maker, dish towels & and cleaning supplies. Bedding and bath items include blankets, sheets, pillows, towels x4 RV toilet paper and soap. You will also find a basic first aid kit, hand sanitizer , sun screen and bug spray. If there is something in particular your looking for just ask. We probably have it.
Delivery and set-up is available for $200 within a 50 mile radius of Lago vista TX. Pick-up is also available in Cedar Park and Austin.RaccomandazioniOur favorite places to visit are State and National Parks because they provide beautiful scenery with biking, hiking, fishing and walking trails. We live on lake Travis and have a private campground in Lago vista that is available for $20 dollars per night more with full hook ups and bathrooms right on lake Travis! We also Love Murphy’s Mx and Hidden falls adventure park to get your adrenaline fix!Altre cose di cui prendere nota*There is a 3-night minimum during major holidays.*Your vehicle must have a brake controller.We do have a generator to rent out.*We know how hard it is to find rentals that allow pets, and we also know how expensive it is to board them. Wonder how we know? We have 6 dogs! We ask that you follow the same rules we have for our own pets - Pets are not allowed on the beds and must be kenneled. Yes, we'd like to think our pets are "angels" but remember they are away from home and their routine has been disrupted. (Ours think they have us fooled sometimes! Pets can be destroyers of all things nice.) With that being said please do not leave your pets alone or unattended in the camper. If you do have to leave for a short period of time, please be sure to kennel your pets. Things out of anyone's control could happen (mechanical failure(s)/power outage(s) etc.). You are solely responsible for the well-being of your fur babies. Note: $150 will be deducted from the security deposit for additional cleaning if the unit is returned with muddy paw prints, excessive pet hair or any smell of pet urine/feces. Max 2 dogs and $150 pet fee required.*Please no smoking, vaping etc. inside the RV. Note: Your entire security deposit will be retained for professional cleaning if there is any smell of smoke inside.*Renters are responsible for any tolls, tickets, tows, impound etc. Even if the bill arrives after the security deposit has been released.*If you need to call for Roadside Assistance, please reach out to us to keep us in the loop. We want to make sure you and The glamper are OK!*Please, let's keep it clean! Be courteous - Check to be sure the toilet, sinks, shower & rooms are clean before you leave. Dispose of all trash. Remember, your mother doesn't work here so clean up after yourself. Note: $150 will be deducted from the security deposit for additional cleaning if the unit is returned messy.*Let’s be real, nobody likes to mess with anyone else's #1s and #2s. Renter is responsible for emptying both gray and black water tanks prior to return or owner pick up unless arrangements with us have previously been agreed upon. Note: $150 will be deducted from the security deposit for disposal if the gray and/or black tanks are full upon return or owner pick up.*Texas is hotter than h-e-double hockey sticks and it literally feels like the sun will melt you right where you stand. Yes, the unit has an awning, and we would love for you to responsibly enjoy a break from the sun/heat. Key word: Responsibly. Awnings can be very expensive to replace and/or repair. Use good judgement when utilizing the awning and don't leave the awning out while you are not present. We can't control good old mother nature - rain, high winds etc. If you feel unsure about how well the awning will hold up to the current weather condition(s) while on your adventure, please do not use the awning. If it doesn't feel right, it probably isn't. Note: Your entire security deposit will be retained if there is any damage to the awning upon return or owner pick up. If the damage exceeds the security deposit and the renter's insurance does not cover the replacement/repair, any cost that goes beyond the security deposit will be the responsibility of the renter.*Although it is not required by us (at this time), we HIGHLY recommend that you purchase the additional Damage Protection Plan. "RV Rental Damage Protection provides coverage for accidental damages that you or anyone in your travel party causes to the RV interior while it’s parked during your trip." Remember, one bad apple can spoil the bunch! Please don't make this become a requirement. Note: Any cost of damage/repair to the exterior or interior of the unit that exceeds the security deposit and/or insurance coverage will be the responsibility of the renter.*THIS RULE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT* Take lots of pictures, listen to your music just a little bit louder, make sure the drinks stay cold, laugh, then laugh some more and create memories that will last a lifetime!
