Mixed feedback on preparation
While praised for thorough orientation and responsiveness, owner was also criticized for inadequate cleaning (pet hair, dirty surfaces) and maintenance (water supply, generator).
Condition and functional problems
While described as 'Great RV with all the bells and whistles' and 'Very comfortable' by some, one reviewer reported it was filthy, had pet hair, dirty surfaces, a non-working water supply, and a generator needing the camper to run.

1.0Unfortunately, our experience with this camper rental did not meet expectations. The camper was filthy, high touch areas were visibly dirty. The linens contained a significant amount of pet hair, which required us to purchase our own bedding. We also experienced several functional issues during the trip. The water supply stopped working halfway through our stay, and the generator would only operate while the camper itself was running. These problems created unnecessary inconvenience and affected the overall quality of our LSU game weekend. For the cost of the rental, we expected the camper to be clean, fully prepared, and in proper working condition. Based on our experience, I would recommend that the owner improve both the cleaning process and maintenance checks before future rentals. I would not recommend renting from this owner!
