Perfect for a family, couple, or group of friends! User-friendly for the RV newbies yet still offers the bells and whistles seasoned RVers appreciate.Get a minimum of 100 miles per day. Can negotiate additional mileage. Get a minimum of 4 generator hours daily.This rig can stand alone for boondocking. Easy hooking up to electric, water, and sewer at most camp sites.Fully-equipped with linens, towels, dishes, pots, silverware, cleaning products, toiletries, lawn chairs, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, and other thoughtful touches our guest will appreciate. We have you covered to make things as convenient as possible.Towing packages available for additional cost. Please let us know if you want to tow anything and we’ll discuss if it’s feasible.We are pet-friendly however, we need to approve your pets and they must be crated while inside the rig. There is additional daily fee for pets.We deliver within a 100-mile range of Fort Washington, Maryland for an additional fee. Our home base is in Fort Washington by the MGM casino and hotel.Pickup and drop off times are flexible.We offer orientation for how to use the rig. We are working on getting virtual tours posted on our YouTube channel so that people can get a good feel of the RV if this is important to them.For guest convenience, we offer self check-in and check-out. Each rig has a lockbox attached to it. Upon booking, you will be given the instructions on how to check-in and check-out. Our orientations are done via pre-recorded videos for your convenience.Standard pick-up time is 2pm. Return time is 11am. If you require earlier or later drop-off times, please let us know and we may be able to accommodate within reason. Late returns incur a cost of $50 an hour beyond the return time. Please notify us if you are running late so that we can notify our staff and make sure no future reservation will be impacted by a late return.If you are paying for delivery, drop-off and pick-up times are flexible.Pets are welcome for an additional fee but MUST BE CRATED while in the RV. There is a $250 fee if the RV comes back with evidence (e.g. pet hair, odor, etc.) that the crate rule has been violated.We ask that guests return the RV in the condition it departed with regard to cleanliness, fuel levels, propane tank levels, etc. If you want the convenience of not worrying about dumping tanks, cleaning thoroughly, or refueling...no worries. You can simply select the pre-pay options for these various things and we'll take care of the hassle for you.For our NEWBIE RV renters. RVing is wonderful and exciting adventure but we like to help our guests properly prepare and manage their expectations if they've never used an RV before. We recommend being cautious about having to adhere to tight schedules on your trip because the RV life brings many unexpected surprises. It's like a little house on wheels and it is very common to experience an issue here and there that may require time to address during your trip. Oftentimes, the issues our new RVers experience are due to user error and being unfamiliar with how to use the RV. We offer plenty of videos and guidance during your trip if you run into any issues with how to properly use the RV. Over time, it gets easier and easier to use an RV and understand exactly what you need to do to have an enjoyable trip. We are developing user manuals and working on posting signage throughout the RVs to remind guests of important things to note.Lastly, due to the nature of renting RVs, it is not uncommon that a previous guest may sustain damage to the RV during their trip which could possibly affect the availability of the RV you book. NO WORRIES! Because we have a fleet of RVs, we are usually able to offer a comparable substitute so that you do not have to get any last minute surprises that would threaten your trip. We always let you know if this is the case and will show you pictures of your substitute RV for your review.
