*** Update: Due to my new work schedule, I can only accept bookings that begin and end on a weekend. I am out of town a lot these days but am home nearly every weekend. ***Hi Friends! This RV is just the right size for nearly ALL national parks!-Bunks (Top 200lb MAX)

-Easy to tow with Midsized SUV/Truck (Hitch Wt: 350lb, Dry Wt: 3000lb)This really is the perfect setup to get some outdoors experience! Dry camp for a weekend with ease during the cooler months. Perfect for a small family or group of friends.Will have Basic Amenities, Pull up, hook up, and go!
- Brand new mattresses on all beds
- Adjustable shower curtain - makes the small shower seem pretty large
- Upgraded battery system - allows for longer off-grid camping (w/ limitations)
-Cleaning Supplies
-Cooking utensils
-Full Freshwater tank (30gal) (unless requested otherwise)
-Full Liquid Propane Tank
-Coffee/Coffee Grinder
-Coleman Camp Stove and Propane (in the event you need it)
... and more.Keep in mind, that this will depend on your destination. If you are visiting a site with full hook-ups, you're all set! If not, you will need to know the limitations with and without a generator. * I will provide one filled LP Gas Cylinder. Additional refills will be on the renter. For longer trips, I would suggest a second tank just in case, though the RV conserves propane really well and you might not need it.- Recommend bringing potable water.

I just have a hard time trusting every water source that it's been hooked up to throughout the various campsites. However, it is great for dishes, showering (indoor and out).- Depending on the weather will determine how much you use the generator (optional).- The furnace works wonderfully in the colder months, but it can be a propane hog. Fortunately, due to the small size the furnace certainly does not need to be on all night to keep warm.
