No Smoking or Vaping.The awning should not be used in heavy rain, wind, or unattended.Outside equipment (propane stove, propane grill, chairs, tent) are not included, however may be upon request, if available.TV with antenna included.3000W generator is available for rent for use with dry camping.Excessive need for cleaning will charge your deposit.Be mindful of the black tank. Do not flush feminine products or large portions of toilet paper. Please provide the tank with plenty of water and pod to assist with the breakdown of solids.Please note, delivery and set up are fee services. Delivery charges should include two-way mileage.
