Communication
Natalie was in great communication the entire time and responded within minutes of any questions that we had, though one renter reported initial unresponsiveness.
Vehicle Condition
The RV was clean, comfortable, and well kept, often described as excellent with all its amenities operating flawlessly; however, one rental experienced issues with power and water.

3.0I reached out days before the trip with questions about pick-up instructions, but got no response. I reached out 3 times the day before the trip, with no response. Finally as I was boarding my flight to Florida I heard back from Natalie. This caused a lot of concern for me because all other comments I saw was that she had great communication. It was not a great way to start a trip. When we picked up the unit she informed us the power outlets weren’t working. They wanted to troubleshoot it further, but it didn’t seem like it would be fixed immediately, and we had plans to get to. So we left knowing that we had a mini-generator that she provided. Unfortunately, when we got to our destination we noticed the water would not turn on. Natalie called for a road-side service to come out to us, but nobody ever came. So we went 3 days with no running water and had to rely on others in the area. She made attempts to reconcile the issues we faced on the trip, which I appreciate, and that is why my review is Okay.
