2018 Fleetwood Pace Arrow, "Adventure Awaits"

I had the absolute pleasure of renting from Mike, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the level of care, attention to detail, and hospitality was unparalleled, and I felt incredibly supported throughout the entire journey. Right from the initial inquiry, Mike was quick to respond and incredibly thorough. He answered all my questions with patience and clarity, which immediately put my mind at ease. I was a little nervous about operating a motorhome, having never rented one before, but he made sure I was fully informed and prepared. Mike took the time to walk me through every aspect of the RV, making sure I understood how to operate it safely and efficiently. He provided detailed instructions on everything from setting up camp to operating the onboard systems, including water, electricity, and waste disposal. What stood out the most was how he demonstrated each step, ensuring I was comfortable before I even started the engine. He also provided a comprehensive manual that covered any situation I might encounter on the road. Whether it was troubleshooting an appliance or handling an emergency, I felt confident knowing I had all the information I needed. The RV itself was in pristine condition—immaculate inside and out. It was clear that Mike took great pride in maintaining the motorhome. The cleanliness, comfort, and functionality of the vehicle made my trip stress-free and enjoyable. Every amenity worked perfectly. Mike went above and beyond by providing some thoughtful extras that made the trip even more enjoyable. These included essentials like camping chairs, outdoor mats, and even a portable grill! It was clear that they wanted to ensure I had everything I needed for a relaxing and memorable experience. Thanks to Mike, my RV adventure was nothing short of fantastic. Their professionalism, kindness, and thoroughness made the entire rental process smooth and easy. I highly recommend renting from them if you're looking for a stress-free, well-supported RV experience. Whether you're a first-time renter or a seasoned traveler, you'll be in excellent hands! Pride in ownership, not just a rental car mentality. Flawless experience with our trip and Mike was there the whole way (Virtually) to ensure all was well. Both receiving and turning over the RV was an enjoyable experience.

Michael is very passionate about RVing and it shows. The RV was well maintained and very clean. He gave a very detailed orientation and stayed in touch during our trip. Overall, it was a very good experience and we plan on renting from him again in the near future!

Listing was accurate but did not indicate that there would be a supplemental contract required, which wasn't disclosed until day of pickup (note this was not a standard Outdoorsy agreement). Also required a minimum $300 clean-up fee for camper if it wasn't returned in "same or better" condition of cleanliness, which is next to impossible when returning from a trip - a cleaning cost should be up front and baked in, we spent three hours cleaning the RV inside and out which wasn't good enough to avoid this charge. Owner was very thorough in walkthrough and in vehicle driving training, and stayed in touch throughout the trip. A problem happened when this vehicle had an electrical failure (transfer switch) on the first night - we were truly fortunate enough to find an RV repair facility within 30 minutes of our campground and they took us in first thing the next morning. This however took the entire next morning away from our trip and cost us almost $700 out of pocket, and caused a lot of stress on our family. Buyer beware - anything that happens to the unit will be your responsibility, regardless of fault or intent. This was a point the owner reiterated at great length before we signed the agreement. Overall, I would not recommend a trip like this to anyone who is looking to have a relaxing vacation free of worry. Also be aware that there are a lot of hidden costs including insurance, not to mention any mechanical issue completely out of your control. We would not rent from Outdoorsy in the future.

We really enjoyed our experience with Mike’s Fleetwood Pace Arrow! We drove it from Ohio to the Badlands and Black Hills area in South Dakota then to Devil’s Tower, Wyoming. The RV drove well, was extremely clean and well-stocked with everything we needed to hookup, camp, drive and enjoy the outdoor RV experience! We’re first time RVer’s and Mike was very communicative, fun, and beyond helpful with our questions. He clearly outlined expectations and gave us good instructions. The RV had an issue from a previous renter that could not be fixed in time for our trip, but Mike was honest and upfront about it and worked with us to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable.
