Overall, we had a great time during our trip renting this RV. It is in generally good shape and is a pretty nice RV to begin with, however our group isn't very familiar with RVs and this one certainly comes with its fair share of quirks & blemishes. Marie was great as she was available for several questions and communications throughout the trip to keep things running smoothly and troubleshoot when we encountered error. The handful of quirks that we were warned about are just part of renting a pre-loved personal RV, however they did make us nervous about avoiding further breaking something or being found at-fault for a pre-existing issue. Unfortunately, we encountered this when the retracting front steps started making a mechanical noise the night before we returned the RV. When we picked up the RV from Marie's husband Taylor, he pointed out that the steps were getting a bit lopsided because everyone tends to step on the left of the bottom step and he demonstrated and stated he tries to do the opposite, showing how they were uneven. The steps began making a mechanical noise the last night of our rental and now we are disputing an insurance claim for a pre-existing maintenance issue

Marie was an incredible hostess - we had some travel complicationson the day of pickup and she was extremely flexible and accommodating with a late arrival. The RV was ready to roll and all elements worked without issue. It's well cared-for and would be comfortable for a wide range of party sizes. Highly recommend both Marie and the Memory Maker to anyone!

Renting from Marie was a great experience! This was our first time using an RV and she showed us how everything worked and we had very little issue. Overall, the RV was all set up with everything we needed for a great trip.
