This trailer has an upgraded 13000Btu AC. It has a winter package with extra insulation. Sleeps 3 adults comfortably and two children on bunk bed. The bathroom is roomy and shower fits taller guests. Smaller flatscreen TV,dvd, indoor/outdoor stereo speakers. Power awning,outdoor led lights. Outdoor tv hook up. 2 deep cycle 12 batteries lasts 2 days and 1 night without charge. Once rented, trailer tires are your responsibility for replacing if damaged do to road hazard or driver error. They are inspected regularly .

Please return it in the same condition you got it in. Be very careful on unlevel off road conditions as the waste tanks dump valves hang low. You are responsible for any damage or missing items regardless of insurance. The awning is very expensive. Please do not use in windy days. Enjoy yourself!
