Featuring a new 8" standard Queen memory foam mattress in the master bedroom, 2 double bunks, a fold down sofa, and a convertible dinette you'll have plenty of sleeping space!Our camper comes with everything you need except the groceries and personal toiletry items! All linens, bedding, utensils, cookware, dishes, a Keurig coffee maker, an ice maker, 4 camp chairs, folding firewood rack, and more!!Pets are welcome for a small fee. This helps cover the cost of associated cleaning to remove pet hair and dander. Please see the Add-ons section to add pet coverage.*New for 2026 - 5000 watt inverter generator available for rent for those trips that take you off grid!** Don't want the hassle of towing? Just choose delivery! I will deliver the camper to the campground or camp spot of your choosing and level it. I set up everything including the camper, grill, folding table, utility hookups, and entry mat! We then do a walk-through to verify condition and learn how each feature operates. We sign the required forms and that's it! You are now ready to make lasting memories with your loved ones! On the final morning, I come back so we can do another walk-through, sign the required post-rental forms, and you are on your way! Chris was such a great host. The trailer is beautiful, well-kept, and completely stocked. Chris was right on time for delivery and pickup. He set up everything. He was incredibly kind when I broke his stove cover and worried about whether I was hurt more than the damage. I'll definitely rent with him again.

I had an amazing experience renting an RV from Chris! From start to finish, he made everything super easy. He delivered the RV directly to the campground, set everything up for me (connections, setup, etc.), and came back to pick it up afterwards. The RV was in great condition, and his service was beyond expectations. Chris went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend renting from him!

• Smoking or vaping of any kind in the camper will incur an additional $1000 cleaning fee! • • You MUST choose to add the optional interior damage protection. The standard packages do not cover any damages that occur to the inside of the RV. Your booking will be declined if this coverage is not added. • Please place all dirty linens in the tub on the last day of your trip. Bedding can be left on the beds. • If camper is returned excessively dirty you may be charged an additional fee of $250. This would be triggered by trash left throughout the unit, foodstuffs ground into the beds or the carpets, pet waste not cleaned up immediately, etc. All efforts will be made to rectify the situation with the renter befor this would be charged. We do not ever want to charge this fee, but retain the right to do so. • Contact the owner immediately if any issues arise. • Above all else, ENJOY YOUR TRIP!!! We are here to help you have a great time! Never hesitate to call or message us if you have questions or concerns!
