Our camper features a queen bed, bunk beds, and a dinette that folds down into a bed to sleep a total of 6. The 3 piece bath is fully equipped to include a sink. Enjoy the Smart TV or bring your movies to play in the included dvd player. Indoor/outdoor stereo system that is Bluetooth enabled. Automatic awning.What we include:
Basic kitchen utensils, paper and plastic dishware, paper towels, Styrofoam coffee cups, coffee maker (just bring your k cups), toaster, pots and pans and rv toilet paper.
We will supply a generator upon request with a small fee. It will come filled and will need to be returned full.**Please make sure you bring your own towels, pillows, and bedding. **At handoff we will spend time showing you how everything works. We even have a printed direction sheet inside the camper for easy reference.
We will spend several hours cleaning the camper so we just ask that you return the camper in the condition it was rented out in; decently clean. (Sweep the floors and wipe down counter tops. We also enjoy Ed Allen's (outside of Richmond) which is a great family owned smaller campground. Natural Bridge KOA is another we recommend. We also love Small Country Campground in Louisa, VA. What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Over the summer months we are extremely flexible with pick up and drop off days and times. Outside of the summer months early morning or evening is better for us. Please just send a message and we will work something out!

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
We have a manual in the camper that should answer most questions. We will also walk you through everything before departure.
