Delivery within 100 miles of Elk Rapids, MI
Also works great for overflow sleeping quarters at your house or on your property.
One dog is allowed with $150 Pet Deposit (NO puppies, cats, or other animals).
We will do our best to make this a worry-free, enjoyable, and memorable experience for you.

Cooking utensils, 8 Plates, 8 Bowls, 4 coffee mugs, 4 tall glasses & 4 short rock glasses, Silverware (set of 8), K Cup Coffee Maker (bring your own K-cups)
Queen-sized bed with mattress topper (includes sheets and comforter ).
Two full-size bunk beds (includes sheets and comforter). A dinette table with 2 benches makes into a bed (for 1 or a close 2) bring your own bedding. Sofa folds down for a bed (for 1 or a close 2) Bring your own bedding. Please bring your own bath towels, washcloths, extra blankets or sleeping bags, & extra pillows if needed.
20” Smart TV & 32: in bedroom, AM/FM radio with Speakers
1 starting roll of paper towels and 1 starting roll of toilet paper (use 1 ply RV safe toilet paper).
To prevent overfilling the holding tanks capacity, it is best to use the campground bathroom & shower facilities. We can only empty holding tanks at the end of the rental period. There are pumping services you can call for dumping for longer rentals. Power Awning with LED Light Strip, 6' x 9' outdoor mat, folding 4’ table for outside camper, electric grill that can be used inside and outside, 4 camping chairs, 4 Hotdog/marshmallow forks, board game & playing cards included and Broom, dustpan & cleaning wipes.

2. No sub-leasing to other parties
3. No smoking, vaping, cannabis, or illegal drugs inside camper
4. Make sure the campfire is away from the awning and campfire.
5. No open flames inside camper.
6. If it is windy, please roll the awning up.
7. Nothing on top of or hanging from the awning.
8. Keep off the ladder and the roof.
9. No sub-leasing to other parties.
10. There will be a lost key charge of $20 for the set for lost keys.
